1. General Information

This service ("Game") is provided by Hami Bahadır Bilir, a sole proprietorship operating under the "incir.studio" brand.

By accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction to use this Game. If you are under the minimum legal age required in your country, you may not use the Game.

3. Account and Authentication

Authentication may be performed via third-party platforms such as Discord or similar services. We do not create traditional accounts or store passwords.

You are solely responsible for the security of your third-party platform account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

5. Chat and User Content

The Game may include real-time chat between players. All user content, including chat messages, is generated by the user who submits it; it does not reflect the views of incir.studio and is not pre-moderated by incir.studio, nor is filtering guaranteed.

As on other online platforms (such as social media sites), you use the Game knowing and accepting the risk that other users' messages may contain profanity, insults, or otherwise offensive content.

incir.studio cannot be held responsible for the words, messages, or conduct of other users. Responsibility lies solely with the user who created the content.

That said, harassment, insults, threats, and hate speech directed at other users fall under Prohibited Conduct. You may report such content to incir@incir.studio. incir.studio retains full discretion in evaluating reports; we are under no obligation to apply any sanction or to inform you of the outcome of any review.

6. Virtual Items and Game Data

All in-game items, scores, rankings, and virtual currency:

We reserve the right to wipe, modify, or terminate the Game without compensation.

7. Payments

If any purchases are made, payments are processed entirely by third-party providers such as Discord, Steam, or other external platforms.

All payment-related matters must be resolved directly with the respective third-party platform.

8. Service Availability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding availability, uptime, data preservation, or error-free operation.

We are not liable for data loss, server crashes, third-party outages, or technical failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, incir.studio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, the content or conduct of other users, or any damages arising from use or inability to use the Game.

Use of the Game is entirely at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Language

These Terms are provided in Turkish and English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
