- Does not store payment information
- Does not handle refunds
- Is not responsible for payment disputes
All payment-related matters must be resolved directly with the respective third-party platform.
Service Availability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding availability, uptime, data preservation, or error-free operation.
We are not liable for data loss, server crashes, third-party outages, or technical failures.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, incir.studio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any damages arising from use or inability to use the Game.

Termination
